We have experience preparing domestic planning applications (extensions and small new builds) with accompanying plans and building specification for building control.

We understand how disruptive construction work can be to you and your family as we have been there, having built a new house and completed two refurbishments ourselves. We understand the importance of ensuring all planning conditions are met, meeting regularly with your building inspector, employing reliable and quality tradesmen, managing finances effectively, meeting deadlines, ordering building materials with plenty of lead time and paying close attention to those finishing details.

We also offer a quality graphic design service to the whole of the UK. Lauren has extensive experience designing logos, stationery, brochures and posters at competitve prices. She is also able to create beautiful, original imagery i.e. sketches, photography, 3D imagery, to incorporate in your artwork. We also design legible, beautiful websites and for a small fee payable yearly, can manage your website for you.
